The 98th Annual Meeting which was scheduled for April 12 and 13, 2013 at Augustana College in Sioux Falls, SD, was cancelled due to a snow storm which made travel hazardous. Thus, the papers and abstracts included in this volume of the Proceedings were not presented at an annual meeting.
